Acceptance

By accessing or using AgentLISA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This version of AgentLISA provides Google sign-in, text-based AI chat, saved conversation history, and read-only access to selected historical scan reports. It does not support file uploads, creation of new scans, payments, subscriptions, credit purchases, or referral rewards.

Historical reports were produced by earlier versions of the service. They are provided for reference only and are not a current scan or a statement about a system's present security.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your Google account and active sessions. Do not impersonate another person, share access unlawfully, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.

Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in text you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, transmit, store, and display that text to operate the service, including sending chat content through OpenRouter to obtain model responses and storing conversation history in Neon/Postgres.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not submit private keys, credentials, malware, unlawfully obtained material, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentLISA to:

violate law or another person's rights;
develop, facilitate, or conceal malicious activity;
exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
interfere with, overload, probe, or circumvent the service or its safeguards;
gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or
misrepresent AI output or historical reports as a professional audit or guarantee.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

AI Output and Security Limitations

AgentLISA uses third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It can include false positives and may miss important vulnerabilities.

AI output and historical reports are informational only. They are not legal, financial, or professional security advice, do not constitute a security audit, and do not guarantee that code or a system is secure. You are responsible for independent verification and for decisions made using the service.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that conversations or historical reports will always remain available.

Privacy and Service Providers

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Operation of the service depends on Google OAuth, OpenRouter, Vercel, and Neon/Postgres, and their availability may affect AgentLISA.

Account and Deletion Requests

You may request account or conversation deletion by emailing support@agentlisa.ai. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to applicable law, security needs, and ordinary backup or logging lifecycles. We do not guarantee a fixed completion timeline.

Intellectual Property

AgentLISA and its software, branding, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, security, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on AI output or historical reports. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
