Service Capabilities

- Analysis of Solidity smart contracts (additional languages coming soon)
- Generation of code summaries and protocol diagrams
- Multi-agent system with specialized analysis capabilities
Service Limitations
- AI-Powered Analysis: LISA is powered by LLMs and is not perfect. Results may include false positives or miss certain vulnerabilities.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results.
- Supplementary Tool: LISA should be used as a supplementary security analysis tool, not as a replacement for comprehensive security audits.
User Responsibilities
Code Submission
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to submit code for analysis
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Understanding that submitted code may be processed by third-party AI services
Vulnerability Disclosure and Sharing
CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITY: You bear full responsibility for how you share and disclose vulnerability findings.
Disclosure Levels
- Partial Disclosure (Default): Only titles and severity levels are publicly visible
- Full Disclosure: Complete vulnerability details are publicly visible
- No Disclosure: Only summary statistics are visible
Your Obligations When Sharing Vulnerabilities

- 10-minute scan timeout
- Single-file scans only
- 7-day session history retention

Pro Plan
- Prioritized scanning with high throughput
- 60-minute scan timeout
- Multi-file scan capability
- Unlimited session history
- Monthly credit allocation
- Private session option
Credit System and Billing
Credit Usage
- Credits are consumed based on effective lines of smart contract code
- Actual usage is displayed in each scan's detail view
- Credits cannot be refunded or transferred between accounts
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
- Additional credits can be purchased separately
- All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
Data and Privacy
Session Visibility
- Public Sessions: Visible to anyone with the URL
- Private Sessions: Only visible to the account owner (Pro users only)
- Session deletion permanently removes all associated scan results
Data Retention
- Free users: 7-day session history
- Pro users: Unlimited retention with deletion control
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
Referral Program
Referral Terms
- Each user receives a unique 8-character referral code
- Referral rewards: 50 credits for referrer, 25 credits for new user
- Self-referrals are prohibited
- Fraudulent referral activities will result in account suspension
Referral Obligations
- You may not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
- All referral activities must comply with applicable laws
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program
Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain ownership of your submitted code
- You grant us a license to process and analyze your code
- You represent that you have the right to submit the code
Our Service
- LISA platform, analysis methods, and results are our intellectual property
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our analysis methods
- Export functionality is provided for your convenience and analysis purposes
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Submit malicious code or malware
- Attempt to circumvent usage limitations
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in activities that could harm other users or systems
Disclaimers
Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability
- Scan timeouts and failures may occur due to technical limitations
Analysis Accuracy
- No Warranty: We provide no warranty regarding the accuracy of analysis results
- False Positives: The Service may generate false positive results
- Missed Vulnerabilities: The Service may fail to detect certain vulnerabilities
- Professional Judgment Required: Results should be reviewed by qualified security professionals
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages

- Third-party claims related to your submitted code
Termination

- Either party may terminate your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- You may delete your account and associated data at any time
Effect of Termination
- Access to private sessions and data will be lost
- Public sessions may remain accessible
- Outstanding credits will be forfeited
- These Terms will survive termination where applicable
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

- Service announcements
- Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
